[WICEN-Members] Cancellation of the BMSC Brindabella Stages Rally

Good afternoon all, we have received advice that the BMSC have had to cancel the BMSC Brindabella Stages car rally that was scheduled for Saturday the 15th of October due to damage to the roads caused by the recent wet weather.

At this stage we are not aware of any plans to re-run this event - so currently we have only two WICEN supported events before the end of the year, those being the Fitz's Challenge bike ride on Sunday 30 October and the "Rallye des Femme" car rally on Saturday the 3rd of December.

The higher than average rainfall we have received this year has certainly put a dampener on events this year, but I am sure that we will be back to normal levels of events again next year.
