Hi everyone,
Aaron Tams, the Clerk of Course, for the Shannon's Safari Rally 2011 has postponed the event from running on Saturday 14th May 2011, until a later (currently unknown) date this year. The primary reasons are based around the more complicated approvals and permissions process and the rework we have had to do. Also, we have all had extra work and personal commitments that have made finding time to work on the rally difficult. This would have continued for the next few weeks. We are still waiting on important documents such as the Supp. Regs to come back as well. There wouldn't have been time to generate the number of man hours required for the rally to go ahead in the week leading upto the rally either.
I will be touch in the future when we have a solid date worked out and we can prepare a decent time out.
I will laugh if it rains heavily in the next few weeks as well!
