Dear Member, membership fees for CRARC are now due for the year ending 30 June 2020.

The annual fee remains at $30 and you are of course welcome to pay for several years in advance if you wish.

Here are the payment options in brief with the easiest first:

1. Direct deposit.  Simply do a direct deposit of $30 for one year's membership (or multiples of $30 if you like) to the club's bank account, and reply to this email to say you have done so.  Better still add your callsign in the subject line to bring it to my attention.  If you have changed any of your personal details or changed your callsign since last time you renewed then tell me in the email and I will update the membership records.

Reference = MEM VK1XYZ    <<< put your callsign in place of VK1XYZ

We did receive one or two untraceable payments of $30 last year with nothing in the transaction reference field so some people paid and we don't know who.

2. I'm told that we can issue a Paypal invoice for membership fees and if you prefer this then I'll arrange for one to be sent to you.

3. Cash - see me or treasurer Phil VK1PL at a monthly meeting.

4. By cheque in the post.  Yes, we can still take cheques if you wish to pay that way ... send to PO Box 600,  Canberra  ACT 2601.

I haven't attached a renewal form as there is no need to send one in - just advise any change of address, callsign etc by email and I'll update our records.  If you really need a membership form to update a lot of details, reply to this and I'll send you one.

If you have renewed your membership and you received this reminder email in error, my apologies.  Please reply and remind me approx when and how you paid and I'll investigate.  I checked the bank account tonight and I can see all payments up to and including 2 July.
