We will need 3 persons for Saturday and then 17 Field stations for the Sunday and around 5 or 6 people in HQ across the Sunday also. HQ is again at the Abode Hotel in Woden this year with the 'service park' in the open air carpark opposite the Abode Hotel and near the Hellenic Club in Woden.
We need to firm up people's availability and restrictions so as to be able to organise a roster. Volunteers will also need to be REGISTERED AS A VOLUNTEER with the rally, plese complete the details in the 2 tables below and send them to me and I will compile a list and pass it on (no need to online register this year), please get in early so you can be listed to get a T-shirt etc.
